On a bright and invigorating weekend at the Wilberforce Scout Campsite, I had the privilege of presenting at the Croydon Pathfinders Curriculum Camp. The theme of the message was “I am Unique, I am Special,” which was presented to the youth through engaging object lessons.

Using simple items like a penny, a battered tin, a pizza box, and an apple, I illustrated the inherent value and uniqueness of each individual. These object lessons served as a reminder to the young attendees that they are truly stars, each with their special qualities and potential.

The experience was enriched by meaningful interactions and plenty of fun activities. The warm hospitality and delicious food provided by the Croydon Pathfinders made the event even more memorable. It was a joy to connect with such enthusiastic and inspiring young people.

A heartfelt thank you to the Croydon Pathfinders for hosting me and allowing me to share this important message.
