On Sunday, 28 December, I had the pleasure of MCing the Plumstead SDA Church End-of-Year Banquet and Awards Ceremony, closing the year on a truly joyful and 
celebratory note.
It was wonderful to see the church coming together to recognise and celebrate its leaders and all those who have contributed to the growth and life of the church over the years. The evening was filled with laughter, fun, delicious food, and heartfelt moments of appreciation.
Being part of a gathering that celebrated service, dedication, and community reminded me of the importance of recognising those who give their time and talents selflessly. The awards, the stories, and the smiles all highlighted the incredible impact of committed individuals in building a thriving church family.
A big thank you to everyone involved in organising the evening and to all those who made it such a memorable experience. Ending the year surrounded by faith, joy, and gratitude was a perfect reminder of God’s faithfulness and the power of community.
